Shipping Policy — Walking Style

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Walking Style website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Walking Style reserves the right to delay or cancel order processing in case of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inventory issues, verification requirements, or technical errors.
Shipping and Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery timelines range between 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, natural events, or other factors beyond our control. Walking Style shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within India only. Delivery to remote or rural locations may require additional time depending on courier serviceability. We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain pin codes or regions without prior notice.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. Walking Style may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional periods, at its sole discretion.
Discreet and Secure Packaging
All sanitary products are shipped in secure, tamper-proof, and discreet packaging to ensure customer privacy and maintain product hygiene standards.
Order Tracking
Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS using the contact information provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for tracking their orders using the provided tracking link.
Failed or Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to reasons including but not limited to an incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery. If the order is returned to origin, Walking Style reserves the right to re-dispatch the order (additional charges may apply) or cancel the order as per applicable policies.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event of a shipment being lost or damaged in transit, customers must notify Walking Style within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Resolution will be handled in coordination with the courier partner and subject to verification.
