We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, unopened, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used sanitary and personal care products are not eligible for return.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to personal care and hygiene products (such as sanitary pads) once opened, perishable goods, customized or personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating a request.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the eligible product and, once the return is approved, place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, provided the item is unused, unopened, in original condition, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. This does not apply to opened hygiene or personal care products.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
