Due to the nature of our items, we follow strict hygiene protocols, but we do allow returns in specific cases, as outlined below.

1. Return Policy – 5 Days from Delivery

We offer a 5-day return window for eligible products from the date of delivery.

Eligible Returns Include:

  • Wrong item received

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Manufacturing defects

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You must initiate the return request within 5 days of receiving the product

  • Proof of damage/issue (photo/video) must be submitted via email

Note: For hygiene reasons, used or opened sanitary products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
